		<description>I&#039;m sure most Londoners know people who work (or worked) in The City. The best of them always admitted they couldn&#039;t believe they were getting away with it...not in terms of cheating (most don&#039;t cheat as such) but just in terms of being paid huge amounts of money for doing jobs most vaguely educated literate people could do.

It&#039;s not been victimless either, because London property prices have gone through the roof after years of this, and are only just inching down.</description>
